"Decent pay, but not always consistent"
The pay is decent overall, but it doesn’t always feel steady from week to week, if that makes sense. It’s okay when things are busy, but I wouldn’t always count on it being the same every time.

I checked out driveempower.com, and yeah, it didn’t exactly scream “trustworthy” to me. Some of the info felt vague as hell, and I couldn’t really figure out if I’d be comfortable putting my personal details in there. Maybe it’s legit, who knows, but the whole thing gave me weird vibes. I’m not taking that gamble, because I’m not trying to be the idiot who hands over info to some dodgy-looking site...

My snap judgment after using the site was that it was fine, nothing amazing but easy enough. The frustrating part was trying to get help. I messaged them about an issue and didn’t hear back for days. When they finally replied, it felt rushed and didn’t really cover everything I asked, so I had to follow up again. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but they definitely need to be faster and clearer with support...

I’ve been waiting on my payout way longer than I expected, and it’s getting frustrating. There hasn’t been any clear update, and every time I try to get an answer it feels like nobody really takes ownership of it. Just a slow and annoying experience overall.

"Late pickup and canned apologies didn’t help"
I really wanted to like driveempower.com, but the pickup timing was frustrating. The car showed up late, and while I was waiting, I didn’t get much clear information about what was going on. What annoyed me most was the generic, canned apology style response, like, sorry, but that doesn’t really help when I’m standing there stressed and running late. To be fair, the driver was polite once they arrived, so that part was totally fine. But if you actually need to be somewhere on time, I’d be careful. I might try it again, but only when I have plenty of extra time to spare

"Mostly Smooth, Just a Bit Slow"
To be fair, my payments went through without any issues, so the service did what I needed it to do. One transfer did take longer than I was expecting, which was a little frustrating. Support was decent and eventually helped, but they weren’t the fastest to respond. Overall, it was an okay experience with a little room for improvement

i tried driveempower.com mainly for the promo and referral rewards. the promo went through fine, but my referral bonus took a while to show up, so i had to check back a few times. support did respond, just not super quickly. overall it’s not bad, but it felt average to me. worth using if you’re patient

It does what I need for the most part, so I can’t really say it’s bad. But the subscription feels a little too expensive for how much I actually use it. The fare looked reasonable when I first booked, but by the time the final charge came through, it was higher because of fees that weren’t made clear upfront. I sat down and immediately noticed there were crumbs on the seat and a few sticky spots, which was just kind of gross, honestly. Like, I get that places get busy, but it definitely made me not want to settle in or touch anything more than I had to.
